I am in my 35s and live north of Stockholm. I am a social worker and work as a curator in healthcare. A great interest of mine is gardening, and I spend a lot of time at my allotment. You will assist me both at work, during leisure activities, and when I am at home.
Due to a muscle disease, I require personal assistance around the clock, and I am now looking for an assistant who can work night shifts from 07:00 to 07:00, a total of six nights a month, including on-call duty at night. The available schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, Sunday
- Friday
- Tuesday
- Monday, Saturday
I am looking for a person who is attentive, self-assured, and enjoys being a background person.
We are a small workgroup, and it is important that you have a strong work ethic and are flexible when needed. Many of my assistants combine their work with artistic activities or entrepreneurship. I prefer that you are a woman and roughly my age.
For transfers, I use a manual transfer technique that you will learn during your introduction. However, it is important that you are in reasonably good physical shape from the start.
The position is 72% of full-time. The employer for my assistants is Aberia, and the collective agreement is with Vårdföretagarna. The employment form is “temporary as long as the assignment lasts”.
